What we assess

We review both quality and alignment. Typical evidence includes:

  • Curriculum & Standards Mapping – clear learning outcomes aligned to the five domains and relevant level descriptors.

  • Teaching & Learning – methods that model neuroinclusive practice; active, practice‑based learning; opportunities for reflection and feedback.

  • Faculty/Trainer Credentials – qualifications and recent practice relevant to executive function coaching and supervision.

  • Assessment & Quality Assurance – valid, reliable assessment of knowledge, skills, and reflective capacity; moderation and standard‑setting.

  • Safeguarding & Ethics – codes of conduct, supervision, escalation pathways, and safeguarding policies.

  • Equity, Diversity & Inclusion – explicit neuroaffirmative stance; accessibility and reasonable adjustments for learners.

  • Practice Hours & Supervision – how learners gain real‑world practice and supervisory support appropriate to the level.

  • RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) – processes to recognise prior study/experience; bridging plans where needed.

  • Data & Privacy – secure data handling and GDPR‑compliant processes.

  • Impact & Evaluation – learner outcomes, stakeholder feedback, and continuous improvement.

Approval indicates that your programme meaningfully prepares learners for IEFCC certification at one or more levels:

  • Level 1 – Foundational Knowledge in Executive Function Coaching

  • Level 2 – Executive Function Coach

  • Level 3 – Executive Function Coach Supervisor

  • Level 4 – Executive Function Coach Trainer

A provider may be approved at multiple levels if programmes meet the relevant standards.
